The New Manny Pacquiao is Here

"The old Manny Pacquiao is gone, the new has come" - Manny Pacquiao said during the bible study held at GMA Network Complex. I immediately remembered 2 Corinthians 5:17 where it says "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come; The old has gone, the new is here!"

"Being a Christian means accepting Christ as your savior, your God," he said. "That's why you are called a 'Christian.' If you remove Christ, there's only 'ian' and that means 'I am nothing." He added.

At first I could not believe this has happened to Him, but as I read more articles about this news, the doubt that was in me was little by little faded away. The next thing I said to myself, "Thank you God, for saving this man. Lord, you are really very good."  It came to me as a surprise and now I am a happy believer seeing another soul being won by God, seeing a lost sheep that just found a way back home. I am praying that this will never end and may Pacquiao gain more strength from God on dealing life now that he is changed man, a man of God. Once you have found by God nor you found God, he will definitely not leave you nor Forsake you.

Here are some of the things that Manny Pacquaio shared from all over the news.

May purpose tayo dito sa mundo na kailangan natin sundin… When you read the Bible, you will be prosperous and successful. Kailangan natin mag-meditate on God’s Words palagi,” - GMAnews

Ine-encourage ko ang lahat na magbasa ng Bibliya. Doon sa Bibliya nalaman ko ang lahat… -GMAnews

“The Bible is our manual to life. 'Pag hindi natin binasa, you won’t know what your purpose is in this world, - ABS-CBNnews

"I want to follow the right path.." - ChristianPost.com

And this is what I like the most when he was interviewed by Karen Davila on Headstart.

"What are the fruits of the Holy Spirit? Love, joy, peace, patients, kindness, faithfulness, goodness, gentleness and self-control. If you have that (of fruit) - love, joy, peace, - how can you continue to do evil?" He was quoting Galatians 5:22-23.
