What Is Peace?

How do you define the word "Peace"? Is it the absence of war between or among nations? A ceasefire between a verbally fighting couples? Or a winning answer to a beauty pageant? So hard to imagine that some people have a tendency to identify "Peace" in terms of financial security, drugs, alcohol, sex and even relationships. I hope you are not one of them and you have a different way or a real definition for the word "Peace" or should I say, a Christlike way of defining the word peace.

If we go ahead and take a look at how Jesus defines peace, we will notice that He showed us its real meaning when He had peace during temptation (Matthew 4:1-11) , during a storm (Luke 8:22-25), during interrogation (John 18:33-38), and even at the cross (Luke 23:34).

Can we imagine or have the same kind of peace Jesus had during those times? The good news is YES WE CAN! We can have the same peace that He had because Jesus willingly gave it to His disciples or to us. Remember when Jesus said in John 14:27? He says, "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful."

You maybe then asked, "But how can we have His (Jesus') peace? I would like you to take a look at the whole chapter of John 14, where it talks about the Holy Spirit who dwells in every believer and works through them as each is transformed into the image of Christ. Look if we just abide in the Holy Spirit and walk in every step with Him, the fruit of the holy spirit will naturally be the result of our life with Him, and those are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23).

According to one of the Pastors I've heard preaching about this peace that Jesus gives, there are three words that we should remember and not just remember but also live by to have God's peace and these are RECEIVE, RELEASE and RELY.

As I remember and wrote down my notes about this, here's how he discussed these three words to us.

Receive: God has given us His peace and all we need to do now is respond to it by receiving this peace. Romans 5:1 declares, therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Because of our sin, we are at war with God and in this state we can never find genuine peace. But because God loves us so much( John 3:16), He gave His one and only Son Jesus Christ to pay for all our sins by dying on the cross. When we completely put our faith and trust in Him alone, we will be counted worthy. He will consider us righteous not because of what we have done or who we are but because of Jesus' righteousness and His finished work on the cross. Jesus does not promise us trouble-free life but He guarantees that we can have His peace when we receive Him into our lives.

Release: This one refers to cast all our burdens and worries on Him. 1 Peter 5:7 says: " casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you." When we release all our burdens and cares on Him, God supernaturally enables us to conquer them and replaces them with His peace. God will triumph over all our trials no matter how terrible they may seem to be. When we release all our cares and burdens on Him prayer, He will surely give us His peace - one that surpasses all understanding, explanation and imagination, (Philippians 4:6-7)

Rely: This is the last and third one. Sometimes we have a tendency to grab back those anxieties and worries after releasing them to God. We seem to be want in control, to put all those stuff in our own hands. We try to rectify our problems through our own efforts, resources, skills and determination, until we only see ourselves have fallen into the big and deep pit of frustration, despair, discouragement and defeat simply because to put God's role of which we will never succeed doing.

Martin Luther once said: "Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible." And that's the way it should be. When relying in God, we should completely put our faith and trust in Him, never take it back again, obey His instructions even it does not sound illogical and rely on His character and promises. Joshua 23:14 says: "Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; all have been fulfilled for you; not one of them has failed."

God does not promise us a life of sunshine that's free from troubles, trials and disappointments. But He assures us that when we go through the storms of life, He will keep a watchful eyes over every single one of us.

Please let me end with this passage from Isaiah 43:2 that says...

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you."

We Are Not Alone

Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour. - Isaiah 43:1-3

Those are some example verses in the bible that we can be sure of difficulties will come in our way while staying here on earth. However the good news about that is God will be with us no matter what, and that's something good to know as for sure we will not be there alone but with God himself.

I understand that it is impossible for us to be spared from all difficulties in this life, but let me give you some encouraging promises from God's word that will certainly reassure you that He will not leave us during these trying times.

"Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." - Psalm 23:4 These clearly states that David definitely knew that God would never leave nor forsake Him.

"Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world." - John 16:33. This was told to us by Jesus that we can expect to have difficulties in life while living in here and yet at the same time that He will comfort us.

Brothers and Sisters, if you are currently going through troubles, trials and difficulties today, please take in your mind that God has never and will never leave you alone in the middle of this. He will be with you every single minute and seconds of your life especially these times of in need. Ask God to reveal Himself and unfailing love for you.

Let me end this post with passage from Psalm 34:19 "The good man does not escape all troubles - He has them too. But the Lord helps him in each and and everyone."!

Finish The Race

It is not that easy to live a life of being a Christian when you are in a situation or place where most of the people are not believers like you. It feels like you are a small piece of burning coal being placed in the middle of the Antarctic Ocean.

So hard to maintain the fire and seems like everyone around you wants to loose it and eventually become like one of them, and that's what I do not want to happen. I want to continue to live a life of worship and full of thanksgiving to The Lord. I want to finish the race like what Paul did, I want to hear the words from the very lips of Jesus Christ, "Well done my good and faithful servant". I want to run and finish the race until the end.

Power Of Words

Have you ever thought how powerful our words are? Have you known that words would matter over life and death? That words are not just words that come out of our mouth? Words and what you say matter, my friend told me when we were talking about some crazy stuff like how animals, trees or plants talk to each other or if they ever had any other way of communicating to each other.

But do you really believe that words have power? Let see some of the scriptures found in the Bible talking about or referring to this topic of mine.

Paul said in Romans 10:9, "If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." How about that one? See, our words carry so much weight that they can even affirm our salvation, therefore, affect the spiritual realm.

Jesus once warned us about taking our speech too lightly, where can we find that, see this verse Matthew 12:36-37 "But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."

In Proverbs 18:21 we can also see that it says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it[for death or life].

Let me share you a story and it was about a group of frogs in the forest. These group of frogs were trying to go to the other part of the forest to see some things and insects to eat. Suddenly without noticing two of the frogs fell into the hole full of thick and tough mud, and the remaining of the frogs just stood around the edge of the hole and were keep on shouting to the two frogs that they will not going to make it out of the mud and just give up as trying to escape would do no good. And over and over, they continued to shout on the top of their lungs. One of the two frogs just gave up and died but not the other one. This frog kept on jumping and jumping with perseverance, determination and with all his strength until he was able to get out of the hole. The frogs were shocked and could not believe that He made it. But these frogs never known that he was a deaf frog and this deaf frog thought that other frogs were cheering him up that he could get out of the hole and just keep on jumping.

See that's how powerful our words are, so be careful when saying words make sure that it will help other and not will make them down. I also believe that if we continue to use foul words or languages and saying negative statements and things that do not really helpful, this will also continue to break our God's heart.

Hebrews 11:6 says: "Without faith it is impossible to please God." What kind of faith are we demonstrating when we speak words of doom and destruction over our friends, family members and other people around us? Shouldn't we be praying and standing on God's promises for them instead? And when we or someone is sick, aren't we focusing more on that the illness will not heal or will even become worst than on God's ability and willingness to heal that illness? Why don't we try to start today saying things that will benefit you and others, that will make you and others grow?

If you remember saying some things that you now regret, take a minute to repent for what you have said and think about the things that you could have said instead. Use God's word as a major part of you game plan.

Are you going to be the one talking about love instead of anger, unity instead of destruction and division, light instead of darkness, wellness instead of illness, thankfulness and praises instead of complaints, victory instead of poverty, brothers instead of enemies, peace instead of war, and forgiving instead of hating?

I can surely tell you that if you will have a courage and willingness to change your words, you will change your life and you can even affect all those people around you. May David's prayers be ours today: "May the words of my mouth and the thoughts in my heart be pleasing to You, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer." -Psalms 19:14.

Before you leave this page, why don't you also pray with me...

"Lord, forgive me for the times my speech has been filled with doubt and destruction instead of faith and life. Cleanse my lips the way you did Isaiah's (Isaiah 6:6,7). Help me to speak words that please You and bless others. remind me of all Your precious promises of wholeness, life and victory. thank you that my words of life will bring people hope and healing!

How much is Jesus worth to you?

What was the most expensive gift have you ever given to someone? What motivated you to spend that much for the person? Apparently, when you are motivated by love, price is not a constraint; but nothing is too expensive when you spend it for the one you love. Also, when you are motivated by love, you do not mind bearing the shame and risking your life to save or protect that person, do you?

Judas and Mary. On the outset, both of them appeared to be sincere followers of Jesus. Nonetheless, we see the difference when we look at their lives closely. John 12 reveals to us a stark contrast between the character and motives of Judas and Mary, and ultimately, in the way they valued Jesus Christ. Judas Iscariot was chosen to be part of Jesus' inner circle. Judas probably had a career that he had to leave in order to follow Jesus. The disciples trusted Judas enough for them to delegate their group's money box to him. None of them ever assumed he would steal their funds nor sell their master for 30 silver coins. But in reality, Judas pilfered money. Thus, it was not a surprise to hear a rebuke from him such as what retorted to Mary. "Whay was this perfume not sold for three hundred dinarii and given to poor people?" Now he said this, not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief, and as he had the money box, he used to pilfer what was put into it. Eventually the same greed led him to hand Jesus over to the chief priest and elders in exchange of 30 silver coins, which at that time was the price of a slave - the price that tag Judas set on his master's head. He saw something in Jesus that was worth his time but not worth his heart.

Mary of bethany, on the other hand, was a close friend of Jesus. For her, the cost was not an issue. Mary took a pound of very costly perfumeof pure nard, and annointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair, and the house was filled with wthe fragrance of the perfume (John 12:3).

Nard was an expensive oitment imported from India. The scriptures shows that Mary did not mind consuming this perfume worth a year's wages just to demonstrate her love for Jesus. Mary considered everything rubbish compared to love for Jesus. She honored Jesus by anointing His feet wit pure nard and wiping it with her hair. Mary's acct was a statement in itself, telling us that she regarded the best part of her, which in her case was her crowning glory, her hair, as nothing compared to the least part of Jesus, His feet. Her act of worship was done extravagance, in humility and with self-abandonment. It didn't matter what people woould say and do to her if only to give the honor to the One whom it is due. She reckoned Jesus worthy of her everything. People who claim to be followers of Jesus almost look the same from the outside but inside they have different motivations for doing what they do. What Judas regarded was a waste of money, Mary generously poured out as her love offering to Jesus. Judas had a superficial religion but Mary found a loving relationship in Jesus. Judas followed Jesus for selfish gain, but Mary followed Jesus selfless giving. We remember Judas for a life that led to self-destruction while Mary will forever be remembered as the woman who honored God by ofgering her best.

Our love for Jesus is observed in our attitude and behaviour not only in public but also in private lives. When people look at us, do they see Jesus? When they come closer to us, do they feel the love of God? Jesus said in Matthew 25:42, "whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." How much we value Jesus will be evident in our lives for others. Jesus told his dicisples, "A new commandment I give to you: Love one another. As I have loved you, you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my dicisples, if you love one another." (John 13:34-35).

What about you? How much do you value Jesus? Remember that you can only give what you have. We love because he first loved us. (1 John 4:19). Do you already have a loving relationship with Jesus to begin with? For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). If you have not started a personla relationship with Jesus, you can come to him today and surrender your life to him. In this time of crisis, we have before us countless opportunities to show God how much He means to us by actively loving others. What is that nard that you can pour out as a sign of your devotion to him? What is that costly perfume that you can offer to our brothers and sisters who are in great need?

Naghihintay Ang Ating Korona

Faith (Part 2)

''For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer''. Where is salvation for us? Where will we find saving faith? The answer is: From God.

The psalm continues, ''I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not hide. I said, 'I will confess my sin, my transgressins to the Lord'; and You forgave the guilt of my sin.''

God's forgiveness cannot be earned. It can never be deserved. Sins from the past cannot be made up for by doing ''good'' works. Salvation, God's gracious offer of forgiveness for all our sins, is a gift from Him. That's what the Bible says in Colossians 2:13 and 14.

''When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven all transgresions, having cancelled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us: and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

''What love, what grace that bore my sin and nailed it to the tree! No words can say nor tears express this joy He's given me.''

One of the Pastors I heard preaching said that, by the end of his junior year in high school his list of sin was so long. It was piled so high; the stink was so incredibly putrid. He did not think he stood a chance before the holy God. But of course he did not apart from Christ. But by God's grace He took those lists that all of us have and He nailed them onto the cross. Jesus bore them and took them upon Himself so that we might be forgiven. That is where saving faith starts: not by trying to make up or remove sin in our lives. When people wo do not work - come to God by faith - are declared righteous because of their faith. You trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ and you receive eternal life as a free gift. The just shall live by faith.''

At low point in this pastor's life, he remembers wanting to be like his Christian friend Mark who seemed to have it all together. He began to wonder what it meant to be Christian. One day, he found a New Testament lying on the street. He decided to keep it as good as 'lucky charm'. By God's grace, after some time he began to read it. He began to learn about Jesus.

His friend Mark then invited him to play volleyball at a center with a Christian youth group. There, another pastor shared the Gospel - the first time this pastor heard it. ''Jesus died for you, he paid for your sins on the cross.''

Then he prayed, ''Lord, will you forgive me? Will you save me? Will you accept me? Will you open your arms and let me draw near?'' And God did those by His grace.

From then on, he was never the same again. ''I got home and that night I went to sleep having a peace and a joy I never had before. I woke up and the peace was still there.'' I'll praise Him 'til I breathe my last on this my present home. And then I'll wake beside His throne and find He hasn't gone.

Faith (part 1)

I wake up every morning and find He hasn't gone. I realize His awesome love and worship Him in song.

The just shall live by faith (Habakkuk 2:4). Many times this passage is quoted in the new testament. Here is what it means: to ''live'' is to be justified by God. We, sinners, can only be justified by God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Apart from Christ, we cannot be declared ''not guilty.'' Apart from Christ, there is only death: seperation from God.

Faith alone is what saves a persorn from death. It is what connects us with the Lord in a way that enables us to experience eternal life and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

The just shall live by faith.

But what is faith? Have you asked yourself: ''Do I have the right kind of faith? If not, how do I find it? What does it mean to exercise your faith?'' Faith is coming to Christ just as you are for forgiveness and grace. Eternal life He's given me, peace of mind and heart. He's part of me and will always be, never to depart.

Faith begins with a need. All of us have a ''spiritual itch,'' an emptiness. When we become aware of this itch, we try to scratch it with any one or a combination of these: careerism, pursuit of money, immorality, drugs, alcohol. The list goes on. Sometimes we scratch it even with things that the world esteems as good pursuits: like sports or community service. Yet we remain empty. The itch persists. Why?

Because we ''have sinned an fall short of the glory of Go'' (Romans 3:23). This passage is square one for everyone of us. This is also where faith begins.

Faith begins with an awareness of our deep spiritual need. It is the acknowledgement that sin is present in our lives. Saving faith means coming to Christ just as you are: spiritually itchy, spiritually needy, spiritually empty.

I'll never be the same again since I first believed. What a precious day that was, salvation I received!

''All have sinned'', the bible laments. Sin, that enticing, candy-coated poison that has an all-too-human appeal to our senses. It tastes good for a while, but it certainly leads to death (Revelation 21:8). So many times we throw our lives and our future away for a momentary pleasure. That is the destructive nature of sin.

Let's read Ephesians 2: 1-3. ''you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of God's wrath, even as the rest''.

Now that I am a Christian

Now that I am a Christian, I am now a new one. All things that I have done have vanished.

''Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is now anew creation; THE OLD HAS GONE, THE NEW HAS COME.'' 2.COR.5.7

Now that I am a Christian, that I am now in Christ and He is in me. I have now the right, freedom and power to leave all the wrong doings behind and face tomorrow with a brand new life.

I am now a child of God.
''you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.'' Galatians 3.26

Whatever I do, I will do it for the glory of God.
'' so whatever you eat, drink or whatever you do, do it for the glory of God.'' 1 Corinthians 10:31

Only truth will come out of my mouth.
''therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.'' Ephesians 4:25

No unwholesome talk will come from my mouth but only those things that will benefit others.
'' do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.'' Ephesians 4:29

I will get rid of all the bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander along with every kind of malice. I will be kind and compassionate to others. Forgiving each other just as Christ forgave me. Ephesians 4:31-32

I will obey, love and honor my parents everyday for the rest of our lives.
'' children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. That it may go well with you and that you may enjoy it on earth.'' Ephesians 6:1-3

now that I am a Christian, I will seek nothing but the will of God. And when I find it, I will focus on this will of God and will enjoy it.

When I am weary, tired or depressed, I will just take a look on God's word for I know that out of it, I will find strength, rest and joy.

Now that I am a Christian, praying will be my priority in communicating with God.

I will never forget what Jesus did for me on the cross. His love, his sufferings, all the pain that he willingly took just to save me and give me life with him in eternal paradise.

Now that I am a Christian, I will leave no room for hatred. Only with love in everything I do and say.

And no matter what happens, in every circumstance I won't let this love and faith in Christ vanish.

Tell the world...

Tell the world that there was a Jesus who died for them.

Tell the world that we're not from monkeys but from the word of God and created out of His image.

...that God sent his son to the world because of His great love so we may have eternal life with him. (john.3.16)

...that Jesus was not just a god to be worshiped and surrendered our life to, but also a friend, a brother, a mentor, a father and most of all, a savior.

...that God is looking for them. That is why he sent Himself to the world to find the lost and offered life with him in paradise.

...that God doesn't hate the sinners but it's the sin itself that He hates so much.

...that it is not God who brings sinners to hell but it is the sin that sends them to Hell.

...that God made a way to wash away this sin from us and made us as white as snow before him.

...that blessings and good things are not only for good people and God's children but also for those who are not good ones. So that love, grace and glory of God be established and to let us know that God cares about each of His creation.

...that there's no sin God cannot forgive as long as we repent and come to Him just as we are.

...that everything and everyone originated from God and not from what they call a big bang.

...that there are something, best (heaven) and worse (hell) after life here on earth and not nothingness.

...that all of us should prepare because no matter who we are and what we do here on earth, we will surely come to a point of seeing God face-to-face and looking at Him eye-to-eye. And we will be held accountable for our deeds.

...that Jesus has been longing for us to be our father, brother, friend, teacher, and lord.

...that God is not like a very big cop behind clouds that whenever and wherever we make sin o mistake he would arrest and punish us. But He is a loving heavenly that watches us as we walk to and from him.

...that there's no other time to surrender everything to God. And there's no other day to do it but now.

Tell the world that we are supposed to be in the everlasting loving arms of God not in the shadow of this sick and dark world.

...that God has wonderful plans for us. (jer.29.11)put link.
...that one of God's deepest desires is when we call o say His name not just because we are in trouble and in need but also in blessing and in good days of our life.

...that God is more than willing to take away the shadow, burden, sin, illness, sorrow, loneliness, pain, fear and tears from us and restore it with light, rest, forgiveness, healing, hope, happiness, relieve and smile as long as we are also willing.

...that we are not product of mutation for we are not mutants, but we are product of God's love and grace.

...that it was not supernova or super massive explosion and gravitational forces that made stars and planets float and stay in their places in outer space but it was God who made and put them in there.

And to our fellow believers in Christ. Remember Ephesians 6.12, ''for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.''

Keep on running for God's cause, keep on fighting for the glory of God, for the recovery of the lost, for the salvation of those in danger. Keep on standing tall before trials and enemies.

Whom shall we fear?

Who shall defeat us?

Who shall crush us?

God is with us!
No retreat, no surrender!

We will stand and fight and die, with God's love in our hearts!!!

This is for you

I pray that God will give you the strength to do the tasks He has ordained for you to do.

Let the Sovereign Lord be your strength.

May you lean on Him when your body feels tired & your spirit feels worn, for He will make your feet quick & your mind focused.

I pray that you realize GOD will always be at your side & wil not leave nor forsake you.

In Jesus' name,

Amen

Aral Sa Buhay

Enjoy Life

When Bob Marley died his last words to his son were "You can't buy life".

True, no one can buy life no matter how rich and powerful they are. Nothing you can do to earn life and have it permanently. Life on earth is temporary and borrowed.

But we are still so lucky that We have this life. Life that was given by God and only from God. So let us take the opportunity to live a life of love and according to love only. Live a life that God wants us to live not a life that you want to, because if you choose to live life the way you want, you will only end up messed up.

Life is so short. That is so sad to know. That life is not that long. So why don't we enjoy and make all the possible opprtunity our life be meaningful.

In my life, I want to do so many things while I live. I like to take photos of different magnificent places on earth, to write a book, establish successful business, earn multiple degrees on college, raise up beatiful family, and all that. but I have a very limited short life and I know that I wont be able to do all thos ethings while I live here. Bob marley once also said that do not love the world or everything in it and lose your soul.

For me life is very important and I cannot afford to die in vain. I mean that atleast some people would remember me the way I lived my life.

I do not know what I am talking about this time, I just felt how important life is and hos short it is here on earth.

Before I end this post let give you some things to remember.

1. Love your life
2. Do not live in vain
3. Do not abuse your body, you only have one and you cannot have other's body in replacement when your body gives up.
4.. Use life in meaningful ways
5. Make history
6. enjoy life in a right way
7. Share your life
8. Take care of your body.
9. Never waste your life in things that won't make you a better one.
10. Live a life that God wants you to live and not the life that you want to leave.
11. MAke good memories with people around you, with people that you have met and will meet.
12.And always remeber that life after here on earth is more important. Because here, it is just temporary but when we die no matter what awaits us there, it will be forever.

There Is A Longing Inside each Of Us

There is a longing inside each of us.

It is a longing that no one or nothing in this world can fill. It's a need that God created inside your heart from the very beginning. Only God can fill this longing. Only God can show you love like you have never been shown.

GOD CAN MAKE YOU WHOLE. And it begins with a relationship with Jesus. God sent Jesus as our savior. "savior" might be a new word or you. A savior is someone who recues you.

WE ALL NEED RECUING FROM THE WRONG AND IMMORAL THINGS WE DO. Which is sin. We all fall short of the standard of holiness set by God. We can try to achieve it bu being good. But that is like reaching for the unreachable. It's impossible. We can't save ourselves.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT GOD IS NOT WAITING AROUND FOR YOU TO CLEAN YOURSELF UP. that is something He will help you with.

GOD SENT JESUS TO EARTH TO SAVE US. Jesus took the judgment and punishment we deserve when He died on the cross. even while we were sinners. Jesus died for us. That is how much He loves us. And, He came back to life on three days, proving He has all authority even over death. He was sent by God. And he is with us now, even we do not see him.

JESUS' PART WAS TO TAKE THE PUNISHMENT ON THE CROSS. Your part is to believe and act on what Jesus did by admitting your sin, going to Him for forgiveness, and asking Him to be your savior, your rescuer. If you are saying "yes" to these things, then tell to Jesus. Just turn your mind and heart to Him and talk. If you need help in what to say, you can pray along as you read this.

"JESUS, I BELIVE YOU WERE SENT BU GOD TO TAKE THE PUNISHMENT I DESERVE AND BE MY SAVIOR. PLEASE FORGIVE ME AND FREE ME FROM MY SIN. COME INTO MY LIFE AND FILL THE LONGING IN MY HEART THAT I HAVE HAD FOR SO LONG. GUIDE ME TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW YOUR WAYS. THANK YOU FOR HEARING AND ANSWERING MY PRAYER. IN YOUR NAME I PRAY, AMEN"

Subject: Touching story for professionals

This was originally shared to me by my officemate through our internal email system. The moment I reas this, I was greatly touched by this simple story yet very meaningful. I Hope you will enjoy reading this inspirational story just as I did. And one more thing, I believe this story fits for those who are working for their family that seem like lacking time for their family to spend with.

Subject: Touching story for professionals
A small touching story mainly for professionals...

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old
son waiting for him at the door.
SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?">>>
DAD: "Yeah sure, what it is?" replied the man.
SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a
thing?" the man
said angrily.
SON: "I just want to know.. Please tell me, how much do you make an
hour?"
DAD: "If you must know, I make $20.00 an hour."

SON: "Oh," the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $10.00 ?"

The father was furious, "If the only reason you asked that is so you can
borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march
yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being
so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behaviour."
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's
questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that
$10.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to
the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.
"Are you asleep, son?" He asked.

"No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy.
"I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier" said
the man.
"It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's
the
$10.00 you asked for."
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. "Oh, thank you daddy!" He
yelled.
Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The
man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The
little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.
"Why do you want more money if you already have some?" the father
grumbled.
"Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy
replied.

"Daddy, I have $20.00 now. Can I buy an hour of your time?

Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he
begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should
not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with
those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts.
Do remember to share that $20.00 worth of your time with someone you
love.

If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily
replace us in a matter of days.

But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of
their lives.
And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our
family.

Believe it and you shall be blessed.
The problem with many of us is that we don't believe that God will open a
Window and pour out blessings that we won't have room to receive them. I
Dare anyone to try God. He is true to His word. God cannot lie and His
Promises are sure.

Three things will happen to you this coming week:
1) You will find favour with someone you don't expect;
2) You will be too relevant to be ignored;
3) You will encounter God and you will never remain the same again.

My prayer for you today:
The eyes beholding this message shall not behold evil, the hands that will
Send this message to others shall not labour in vain, the mouth saying Amen

Have a lovely journey of life! Trust
In the Lord with all your heart and He will never fail you because He is
AWESOME!

Watch the power of God work in your life for doing the
thing that you know He loves. Remain Blessed!!!
Have an awesome day

Jer.29:11

I believe every Christian ought to commit Jeremiah 29:11 to memory: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

As I remember, this passage was told by God to His people, the Jews, during the time when they were being captured by the Babylonians. If I were in their situation, I would feel that future and hope are no longer possible for us to achieve and our world has finally ended. They may have thought that God had forgotten about them and their situation.

So God reassured them of their future by saying "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Israel was being disciplined for their disobedience. Not because God hated them, but because God loved them.

Kung sa tingin mo ay dinidisiplina ka ni God ngayon, nais ko na alalahanin mo ito: Revelation 3:19 (ESV) "Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent."

So because God loves us and we are His child, He will do all the necessary things in our life so we can be the people He wants us to be. So next time you feel that God has forgotten you just remember Jeremiah 29:11.

Tough Enough?

While doing my devotion I was able to come across the teaching of Jesus about loving your enemies. For me this is one of the remarkable teachings of Jesus about being a follower of Him, loving your enemy instead of fighting them back. Probably when this teaching was heard by those people living in Jesus' times said , "Have you gone mad? Love your enemies while Moses told us that tooth for a tooth and eye for an eye?".

We both understand and agree that it is not that easy to follow this law of loving your enemies. It's not easy especially if they hurt us so bad and so deep. We mostly fight back when our feelings are being hurt and when someone just stepped on our pride. I do not know about you and what you are going through right now but I believe that if anyone of us has Christ and his love in our life and heart, there is nothing impossible and everything will be just easy to do even loving our worst enemy.

Jesus said: "You have heard that it was said, "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy."
But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" (Matthew 5:43-44).

Today let us ask ourselves; Are we tough enough to take this challenge? Tough enoug to set aside all the bad things that were made to us by our enemies, persecutors and people who hurt us?

If so...

Why don't we grab a pen and paper and try to write down all their names and let us include them in our prayers. Let's pray for them like what jesus did when he was being crucified (Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing (Luke 23:34). Let us also pray for ourselves that God would give us strengtth and courage to love those people and understand them and give us more patience and love for one another. Let start it tonight listing down their names and praying for them and start loving them tommorow and show them who Jesus' followers really are and what love is all really about!

Please take also time to meditate on the following verses below that give us reason and some point why we have to love our enemies:

God commands us to love.

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another (John 13:34).

But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you (Luke 6:27-28).

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse (Romans 12:14).

We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it (1 Corinthians 4:12).

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:17-21).

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing (1 Peter 3:9).

Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates his brother is still in the darkness. Whoever loves his brother lives in the light, and there is nothing in him to make him stumble (1 John 2:9-10).

By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another (John 13:35).

But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice (Philippians 1:18).

Wothless Or Priceless?

The death and resurrection of Jesus was the only way our sins were forgiven. We are all aware that by breaking God's law (sinning), death will be the penalty of it no matter what.

There are a lot of great religious teachers and founders throughout human history. When it comes to teaching, there were all good at it. Everyone of them had a gifted mind and incredible way of teaching. Jesus was one of them, founder, teacher, leader. But Jesus was very different among them. What makes Jesus so different among them? It is because Jesus was the only one who died and rose again from the dead. No other religious leader has ever claimed of going back to life from being dead, only Jesus.

Here below are some of the bible passages that tell about the ressurrection of Jesus.

John 11:25-26
Romans 1:4-5
Romans 6:8-11
Philippians 3:10-12
1 Peter 1:3
Matthew 27:50-53
Matthew 28:1-10
Mark 16:1-8
Luke 24:1-12

This truth is extremely important. Pastor Rick Warren (Author of best selling book Purpose Driven Life) said: "That's of critical importance because it's not the life of Jesus that saves you; it's not the teachings of Jesus that save you; it's His death and resurrection that open the door for your salvation."

Christ died for our sins and bible clearly supports that. No one is perfect, everyone has failures and no one is good enough before God. That's true. All of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Roamns 3:23).

Bible teaches us that justice requires punisment. That if you do a crime, you must pay the time. That if you break God's laws, you must pay the penalty of it which is according to the bible, "The wages [for our] sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).

In other words, there should be someone to pay for all the wrong-doings we have done against God. It's either us or someone else to be the one to pay for us. And at this time, Jesus came down from heaven in the very human form and willingly offered His life for the full restoration of the broken fellowship with the father. For us to have the full pardon from God. For the forgiveness of sins that were made by our forefathers and sins that were also made by ourselves. For us to have life with Him in heaven. For us not be condemned by God anymore. For us to be taken away from the threat of fires of hell. For us to show that Jesus really cares for us.

The Good news is: "Through the blood of His Son, we are set free from our sins. God forgives our failures because of His overflowing kindness" (Ephesians 1:7)

PAstor Warren also said that when Jesus died on the cross, two things were revealed to us!

1. It shows how much our forgiveness cost.
2. It shows how much God values us.

The highest price we can pay for anything is to give our life for it. And that's what Jesus did. He gave His blood. He gave His life. It was extremely expensive. Grace is free but it is not cheap. It cost Jesus His life, but He paid for our sins.

How much are your worth? Jesus says, with His arms stretched out on the cross, "This much I'm willing to die for you." You may think that you're worthless because of things you've done wrong. But Jesus says, "No. You're priceless. And I'm willing to give My life in order to pay for your sins."

What are your plans this coming holy week?

Most of us have great plans for this upcoming Holy week. Some will spend this time with their families. Taking vacation in some wild and cool resorts and beaches all around the nation or even out-of-the-country trip. Enjoying the given non-working holydays.

Those are good and that is undisputable. But the most important of all is the true meaning of holy week. Before we go to the celebration party, let's take a little and quiet time with the Lord meditating on the real message of this Holy week. And offer a "Thank You" Prayer to Him!

For me it is all about salvation and victory!

Jesus died for us, bearing the ugliest punishment that a man could ever have for the forgiveness of sin.

God bless People. Let's continue to serve, worship and praise Jesus for all those things that He has done for us!

Liwanag Sa Dilim

Matthew 5:14-16 - You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven.

Verse 14 clearly indicates that we are to proclaim the truth publicly as well as privately. In a dark world where the majority of people around us are lost, God wants our testimony to shine out not only "in the house" but "on the hill." It should shine out for great distances and to many people. It goes without saying that there will be numerous times when people will be offended at the truth and not want to hear the truth and turn away from the truth. After all, Jesus did say that people "love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil" (John 3:19).

"For God Said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ" (2 Corinthians 4:6).

If there is no walk to back up our talk, our "light" may be a mere profession of faith--only mental assent to the truth. (2 Corinthians 13:5)

So let's our light shine before men. Let us not climb down from the hill where Jesus put us because of fear or anything else. And let us not hinder the light of other believers in the body of Christ. We must make every effort to let the true light shine out clearly in this very dark world.

SHINE

Let me tell you why you are here. You're here to be light, bringing out the God colours of this world. God is not a secret to be kept. We're going public with this. As public as city on a hill. I'm putting you on a lightstand. Now That I've put you there on a hilltop... SHINE

Pastor Phil Dooley:

I want everyone get your mobile phone out. Would you do that?

How cool does that look?

You know, the light that you're shining that's how Christ wants you to live in the world to shine your light in some dark places.

And when we do that, that's when salvation starts to come, to our cities, to our families, to our nations and to the earth.

Do you believe salvation is coming?

Come on! Let sing about it tonight!

Salvation Is Here
God above all the world in motion
God above all my hopes and fears
I don't care what the world throws at me now
It's gonna be alright

Hear the sound of the generations
Making loud our freedom song
All in all that the world would know Your name
It's gonna be alright

'Cause I know my God saved the day
And I know His word never fails
And I know my God made a way for me
Salvation is here

Salvation is here
Salvation is here and He lives in me
Salvation is here
Salvation that died just to set me free
Salvation is here
Salvation is here and He lives in me
Salvation is here

Matthew 5:14-16 - You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Pagpapahalaga Kung Ano Ang Meron Ka

"Sana may sapat talaga akong pera" bulong niya.

True Love

One friend of mine told me about the story of a young couple that was about to get married after having been together for 5 years as gf and bf. The man was from a well-to-do family and had a big company business running in their local city. The year they were supposed to get married, for no specific reason, the man lost all his wealth. The whole company stock's went down and their family was forced to sell the remaining stocks to salvage the business.

That was one of the worsts things happened in the life of the man. And nothing will be more painful when he just knew that her fiancee just cancelled their upcoming wedding. The young man realised that he was not really loved by his girlfriend for who he was but only for what he had in life.

Then my friend told me that some of us are like the girl in the story. We only love Jesus for he has all the things. We only follow Him because he can sustain all our need. And we are only after the blessings from him. But not really for what He has done to us and for what he truly is.

Try to ask yourself like what I did when I first heard this story.

Am I loving Jesus becasue I am only after his blessings? Or I really love Him for who Jesus is? for what he has done to me?

Prayer:

Righteous Father in heaven. You are great and wonderful. Thank you for having Jesus in our life, in the midst of our sinful nature, you gave your son, we give you thanks. We pray father God that we would only love you for who you are and not only because of your blessings and rewards. We pray for a clean heart father, a heart that only desires your face and your glory. A heart that is not for ourselves but for others. A heart that does not have its own will but your will father. And a heart that only loves and serves Jesus completely no matter what. In Jesus name, amen.

God's Loving Grace

Friendster Graphics
Friendster Layouts - Myspace Quotes - Myspace Surveys

Last time when I was listening to some christian songs right in my very own room, I felt the loving grace of God as a father.

He talked to me in a way that I was not able to understand. All I know is there was something very certain that He really wants me to know and I was only able to see and hear myself in silence.

Right after the song played, silence covered my entire room. It was so very hard to put God's glory, magnificence, grace and awesomeness into words so what happened was, my room was in total silence, then I heard a very soft voice whispering right before my ears from nowhere. It was not really those exact words I heard, but some kind of a language that no one could understand or no one or nothing could ever translate it's meaning unless you feel the very presence of God in your heart. And the message was something like.

''Son, I love you above all else. I love you my son more than any angels in heaven. I love you more than all creation I created before you''

It felt like God was telling me that He loves me more than the way any earthly father telling his youngest child how he loved him.

And suddenly an overwhelming feeling started to burst out til my eyes were filled with tears.

Tears of joy and thanksgiving.

Tears of silence...

Tears of adoration...

Tears of accepting God as my very own father.

God was telling me that he loves me the most a love that is greater than love He has for the angels. I believe that if you will devote and draw yourself deeper and deeper to God's presence, He would tell you the same thing He told me. All we have to do is let the silence take over our small moments complete especially right after doing our devotions. Sometimes we feel like we don't hear God's whisper because we do not allow silence occupy our little time.

This encounter with the presence of God left me with this verse from the book of Psalms.

I will proclaim the decree of the LORD :
He said to me, "You are my Son
today I have become your Father. - Psalms 2:7

Pagkakaibigan

Glitter Graphics & Comments

Thankfully, there's someone who won't treat us that way. Someone who loves us with an unconditional love that welcomes us into the forever family, regardless of how messed up we are. Jesus never treated us like those parents treated the friend of their son, He is willing to accept us no matter who we are and we we have done in our lives, as long as we have a sincere and humble heart. And we are expected to do what Jesus did to us as an example of His love in this world, I know it is not that easy but at least let's try to.

Inspirational Prayer

Make me a channel of your peace
Where there is hatred let me bring your love;
Where there is injury, your pardon, Lord
And where there's doubt the true faith in you.

O master, grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul.

Make me a channel of your peace
Where there is despair in life let me bring hope,
Where there is darkness only light
And where there's sadness ever joy.

O master, grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul.

Make me a channel of your peace
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned
In giving to all men that we receive
And in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Prayer of St Francis of Assisi

Love People and Use Things

This story was shared to me by my colleague through our company internal email system. I do not know where did they get it from, but all I know is this is a worth-sharing story for everyone. Take time to read and then meditate for a little period of time about this scenario and if possible let us apply this to our personal daily life.

After reading this simple story this verse came into my mind right after I read the last word.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. - MAtthew 5:16

Anonymous Mother:

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.

The last class I had to take was Sociology.

The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with.

Her last project of the term was called "Smile."

The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions.

I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway, so, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.

It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.

We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then even my husband did.

I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.

As I turned around I smelled a horrible "dirty body" smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.

As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was "smiling".

His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light as he searched for acceptance.

He said, "Good day" as he counted the few coins he had been clutching.

The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation.

I held my tears as I stood there with them.

The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted.

He said, "Coffee is all Miss" because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be warm).

Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes.

That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action.

I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray.

I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand.

He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, "Thank you."

I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, "I did not do this for you. God is here working through me to give you hope."

I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, "That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope."

We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.

We are not church goers, but we are believers.

That day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet love.

I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand.

I turned in "my project" and the instructor read it.

Then she looked up at me and said, "Can I share this?"

I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class.

She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.

In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald's, my husband, son, instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn: UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS - NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

Hillsong's New Album

This is going to be the new album cover of Hillsong entitled "Across The Earth". I believe this album will make more people to draw near to God and more people will come to know Jesus. This Hillsong people songs are some of the things that make me appreciate God more and worship Him more than I did yeaterday. The more I listen to their songs the more I realise the whole purpose of life, SURRENDER and WORSHIP to GOD with all my heart, with all my strength, with all my mind, with all my soul and with all of my being. I pray that more and more Christians would rise up and make difference in this world and make Jesus known to all the generations of today and to come.

Can't wait for this new album to come out!!!

I will surely buy this album when it is available.

God Bless You All people!!!

A Simple Devotion

Guest Blog: The Good Thing About Having Faith

A Guest Blog from Hannah_of_Cavite.

Faith is according to Hebrews 11:1 "1Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

An assurance to ourselves that things we haven't seen yet will happen. A certainty of a thing even we haven't witnessed it with our our physical eyes.

Faith is the only thing that separates us from the world, it is also giving us some power through the Holy Spirit that sometimes we really cannot understand how it's done. Although faith is one of the things that we should have as a christian, it is undisputedly has big impact in our life, through faith we are being saved and it is not by our good works. Without this faith we completely do not know how to face this corrupted world. Most people who do not have faith always ending up killing themselves or going mad.

*By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead.

By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away.

By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.

By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.

By faith Abraham, even though he was past age—and Sarah herself was barren—was enabled to become a father because he[a]considered him faithful who had made the promise. And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore.

By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.

By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.

By faith Joseph, when his end was near, spoke about the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt and gave instructions about his bones.

By faith Moses' parents hid him for three months after he was born, because they saw he was no ordinary child, and they were not afraid of the king's edict.

By faith the people passed through the Red Sea[d] as on dry land; but when the Egyptians tried to do so, they were drowned.

By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the people had marched around them for seven days.

By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

O 'di ba, astig ang mga taong 'to. That is the good thing about having faith in God.

Where ever I go and what ever I do I' always seeing to it na hindi mawawala ang faith ko kay Hesus(Jesus). Pananalig na tutulungan n'ya ako basta lang magpray ako sa kanya then through holy spirit makakatanggap ako ng revelation on what to do and what will happen.

I believe you can do the same thing my fellow believers, I do not know about you but what I am certain of is that as long as you keep your faith in Christ Jesus, you are in good hands, no one can touch you nor harm you. All your hearts desire will be granted just always take delight in the presence of God. Do not let anyone or anything keep you out of track. If you loose faith whille running in this life on earth then you will have no difference from those other people.

Faithless is a lifeless Christian life.

Brothers and sisters do not be like that, remember we have a very big and powerful God behind us that always has helping hand whenever we ask with faith of course.
Meron nga akong isang text message na natanggap dati about faith.

That is an example of having faith. Yung nageexpect ka na mangyayari ang isang bagay na hiniling mo kay God even though hindi pa ito nangyayari before or wala pang signos o hudyat na ito'y magaganap.

Without faith, more people will become poor in all aspects, many will become more and more desparate, brokeness will not ease but continue, lives will be taken away unwanted left no choice, more spiritual lives will become downcasted.

What my point is that we should maintain the frequency of our faith in Jesus or should I say not maintain but keep on growing, seek more of Jesus' presence and His face all our life and in every area of it until we have the spirit and faith that can stop the whole earth from spinning like what Joshua did when he prayed to God.

Happy Love Day!

Today most people around the world celebrate the love or hearts day or what we called "Valentine's day". Nariyan ang batian ng Happy Valentine's day at tila ang bawat isa ay inlove na inlove lalu na yung mga may kapartner o kasintahan at 'pag wala kang kasintahan it sounds like that Valentine's day is not for you and you feel so alone and so lonely.

Fortunately for Christians like us we clearly understand that Valentine's day is not the only day we can express our love to one another or to our partners in life and most of all we understand that this day is not only for those who have girlfriends, boyfriends, wives and husbands but also for those who do not have one but friends.

Here is the great and wonderful news from the bible and I know that you are already too familiar with this verse.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

God Loves us the most. More than love that our friends, families and partners in life could give or the the world could give. God's love is unfailing and never ending, God's love is not only for the month of February it is for everyday and everybody.

So as followers of Christ, we should love one another as He loves us, Love them everyday and show our love to them daily not just for this month.

Hindi ba mas masarap mabuhay kapag feeling mo e araw-araw Valentine's day. Lagi kang my pagmamahal sa puso mo na parang walang problema, lagi kang nasa mood at 'pag nakaganun magtataka sila at magtatanung kung bakit ka ganun kumilos so opportunity pa yun para sabihin mong Christian ka and it is because of Jesus, then you share them Jesus edi naging magandang halimbawa ka pa sa ibang tao and nakapagshare ka pa ng Gospel.

If we heart Jesus let us also heart people. If we love Jesus let us also love His people.

Mahalin and Diyos...

Mahalin ang tao...

Mahalin ang buhay...

at mahalin ang sarili .
Bible says that if you have the faith that can move mountain, you give to the needy, you do all good things, you are humble ngunit walang pagmamahal sa puso lahat ng iyon ay balewala.

Love should be shown and expressed...

Everyday.

Every circumstance no matter what.

Wherever you are.

Whoever you are with.

And Whatever you do.

God bless you people.
